Wilderer Stube in Sasbachwalden

Visited the game reserve. Delicacies are always welcome. Carrots are very popular. Bring them with you.

Whenever we are in Sasbachwalden, a visit to the poacher is part of it. Everything is right here ... Service, food, price-performance ratio, ambience and the view from the terrace is really great. We always like to come back for every opportunity🤩

Nice terrain. The rump steaks are awesome. If the potato wedges or the sauces are still made by yourself, there is a 5th star.

A restaurant with a long tradition, very good steaks and nice service. The interior shows immediately that the landlord has not been doing this since yesterday. An absolute recommendation. When it rains, however, you should park close to the house or don’t wear the best shoes because the yard is not paved. You can see goats and deer on the way to the tavern.

Online table reservation online was not answered. After three days there was no response to the reservation, I called and wanted to make a reservation by phone. "The person concerned is on vacation" ... - a table was no longer available for the desired evening. A week before it was also fully booked - at least I received an email after three days. If you offer online reservation so prominently on the homepage, prompt processing is part of the minimum service. Too bad - I would have preferred to write a review about the food.

Food was excellent, service very polite and nice, portions were plentiful (for good eaters)

Luckily we got there early because shortly after 5 p.m. both the terrace and the restaurant were full. An attentive waitress brought a delicious salad, half a dozen snails and a venison goulash, tender and well seasoned. Different dumplings with a delicious mushroom cream sauce were also available for us. So if you like to eat well and want to enjoy such a great panorama, you should have been here once. The five stars are absolutely deserved!

The food was very good. Nice cozy rustic atmosphere. Prices are normal. Some game dishes, but also normal things like salads, pork schnitzel or rump steak. 🤗👍

Thursdays always steaktag. Bomb 💣 fried, kudos to the kitchen. You should book a table, otherwise you could be unlucky, very well attended, the other dishes looked very good. Friendly service very recommendable. With a view of the Rhine valley.

This hotel fits very well in the environment. The large room has a lot of space and a great view. Everything in the kitchen is what you need for cooking. The breakfast was good and the people very friendly. Restaurants are nearby. Unfortunately, there were still relatively many foreign hair in the room, which was a bit uncomfortable.
